- Out of the Dog Box offers select vaccines for purchase by the general public.
Our staff are not veterinarians or animal health technicians, and this service is not a replacement for a full veterinary consultation.
Customer Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver
By purchasing from us, you confirm and agree that:
1. You are choosing to either:
- Purchase the vaccine for self-administration, or
2. You understand that:
- All vaccines carry a small risk of adverse reactions (e.g., allergic response, swelling, lethargy).
- Vaccines should only be administered to healthy animals.

3. You affirm that:
- Your dog is in good health at the time of vaccination.
- You have disclosed any past vaccine reactions your pet has experienced (if any).
4. You acknowledge that:
- Out of the Dog Box and its staff cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the vaccine.
- We are not liable for any negative reaction, injury, illness, or death resulting from vaccine administration, whether by
us or by you.
5. You waive any and all claims against Out of the Dog Box, its owners, employees, and representatives, related to the
sale or administration of vaccines.
